Oregon State University’s Department of Nuclear Engineering and Radiation Health Physics with support of Russian Nuclear Utility Concern “Rosenergoatom” has organized the "Nuclear Future: New Nuclear Power Plants, from Design to Generation." 

The following sessions are available to participants:

  •   Site Selection for New Nuclear Power Plants
  •   New Approach for Nuclear Power Plant Licensing
  •   Nuclear Power Plant Construction and Commissioning
  •   Challenges for NPP Regulations in a Post-Fukushima Era
  •   New Developments for Nuclear Science and Technology Policy

Abstract guidelines
  • Use Standard ANS Template
  • 450 words excluding tables and figures
  • Use no more than 3 tables and 3 figures
  • MS Word DOC format or Adobe PDF format
Presentation guidelines 
  • 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions
  • Presentation in PDF or MS PowerPoint Format
  • Please inform organizers whether you are planning to present in English or Russian
